Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivyaยฎ, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivyaยฎ is now entering the U.S. marketโand weโre building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.
As a part-time Territory Sales Representative (3 days per week), you donโt need prior pharmaceutical sales experienceโweโre looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and break into the industry. This role offers a structured, field-based schedule and is designed for high-potential candidates who want hands-on experience and a clear path into full-time pharmaceutical sales.
High performers who demonstrate strong sales results and consistent execution will have the opportunity to earn their way into a full-time role.
This role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to expand into a full-time opportunity or transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Key Responsibilities
โข Promote Pivyaยฎ to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
โข Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
โข Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
โข Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
โข Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays
โข Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
โข Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations

What Weโre Looking For
โข Bachelorโs degree required
โข 1โ3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
โข Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
โข Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance-driven environment
โข Coachabilityโsomeone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
โข Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
โข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โข Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
โข Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
โข Valid driverโs license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical experience is not requiredโdrive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
