Description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator – Level III to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Ladson, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Β 

  • Efficient Coordination: By effectively coordinating operations across various areas like Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting, you will ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Decision Quality: Make timely and effective decisions to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Mode Selection Expertise: Evaluate and select the best transportation modes and equipment types to balance cost, quality, and time for optimal shipping methods.
  • Trade Knowledge Application: Apply your understanding of trade regulations to minimize risks and costs associated with international trade.
  • Inventory Control Skills: Manage physical inventory effectively to ensure accuracy and meet customer expectations.
  • Warehouse Operations Proficiency: Utilize warehousing tools and methodologies to achieve defined metrics for both inbound and outbound operations.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.Β 
  • A two-year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.Β 
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Β 
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing, and third-party logistics provider management.
