The Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility in addition to hosting a full beverage distribution center.Β Spartanburg is one of the largest KDRP manufacturing and distribution location.Β The site will operate on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); leverage the principles of Lean manufacturing and harness the power of High Performance Teams.Β All associates at the Spartanburg site will have accountability to both a functional business unit in addition to the full site operation.Β The site will run on first-in-class enterprise IT and warehouse execution systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement equipment.
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for demonstrating and applying knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes for maintaining and improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. You will be responsible for contributing to the teamβs ability to deliver the operating performance of the DC business unit. In this role, you will be expected to have an in depth understanding of the operations and software systems of the warehouse. This is a hands-on role that will require you to enable the warehouse to perform at peak efficiency, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and actively participate in continuous improvement within the business unit team. Working within a highly automated TPM-based environment, the DC Technician II will be expected to execute standardized processes following standard work in a High Performing Team based environment. This role works with inbound, outbound, and in the Raw Material Production Area.

This is a full time position on Days 1Β working our 2-2-3 schedule (see shift details below). Flexibility to workΒ overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.
