Duties And Responsibilities
* Greet and address patrons as they enter and exit the facility. * Enforce membership polices and ensure that patrons scan their IDs. * Administer equipment check-out procedures. * Clean cardio and weight room equipment. * Ensure laundry for towel service is addressed. * Monitor usage of the weight room ensuring the safety of patrons. * Remain visible to answer questions and provide general assistance and customer service. * Be courteous and keep customer service at the forefront of your daily tasks. * Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings.

* Willingness to learn and enforce the duties and responsibilities required for the position.
