Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonates, infants, and pediatric patients.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Administer and monitor respiratory therapy as prescribed.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and professional standards.
• Participate in emergency response teams during hurricane seasons and other emergencies.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC.
• Hold BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Licensed as a South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience; NICU Level IV experience preferred.
• Familiar with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotations.
