Allied Health - CT Tech

Travel CT Tech is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in South Carolina. SC license is reqired. ARRT and BLS certifications are required. Shift: 5x8's 7A-3P Call: On call every 3rd week (7 days) after shift is over through 6am Monday-Friday and then 24/7 Saturday and Sunday 30-min call back. Produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of designated anatomical areas as directed and according to standards. Performs CT scan radiology studies, obtains patients histories, explains routine procedures, addresses patient concerns, and performs general radiographic examinations. Transports patients and prepares and maintains room for daily activity. Reports CT techniques and examinations, abdominal scans, head scans, etc. Documents and reports on results, treatments and progress.
