Overview:聽
Under close supervision, the Assembler I performs basic hands-on assembly tasks while learning production processes, safety requirements, and quality standards. This role focuses on skill development and adherence to work instructions and drawings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Production Support
路 Perform basic assembly operations following released work instructions and drawings.
路 Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly.
路 Support daily production activities as assigned.
Quality & Safety
路 Follow safety protocols and quality requirements.
路 Escalate defects, concerns, or issues to the Manufacturing Team Lead.
Documentation
路 Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
Marginal Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, & Skills Requirements
路 High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
路 Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
路 Ability to read and use basic measuring tools, including measuring tapes and rulers.
Work Requirements/Condition
路 Work performed in a manufacturing and production environment.
路 Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations.
路 Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently.
路 Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools.
路 May require bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
路 Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses in designated areas.
路 Must wear company-issued smock or ESD-protective garments where required.
路 Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
