Description of Position

The Assistant Project Manager will assist with project leadership, planning, contract administration, coordination, and compliance to ensure the safe, quality construction of the Work of the Project, on schedule, within budget, proactively focused on Clientβs expectations and concerns.

Requirements of the Position
Education & Certification β Related education and/or experience; OSHA 30 completion card
Recommended Work Experience β 2-5 years relevant experience in multifamily construction
Physical Demands β Prolonged standing, sitting, walking, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching (with arms and hands), handling, talking, hearing, depth perception, lifting, vision (close, peripheral, depth, ability to adjust focus), and lifting/moving up to 35+ pounds
Working Conditions β Considerable local and non-local travel may be required; Work with a group and/or team; Frequent conflict situations may be present; Work after normal business hours; Potential hazardous work; Frequent exposure to extreme outside weather conditions and high levels of noise
