Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5PM. This role is remote in South Carolina only. You will be required to attend weekend events mostly on Saturdays and may need to attend evening events as well. You will be required to drive to certain parts of South Carolina.
What Youβll Do:
Plan and execute community/member events. Execute member growth and retention strategies. Measure and track results and identifies root causes that will enable assigned targets to be met.
Develop and implement community/member outreach and education plans that align with the corporate strategic goals. Research and identify new opportunities for community engagement.
Support and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure corporate goals are met. Ensure state required marketing activity reports are communicated to management.
To Qualify For This Position, You'll Need The Following:
Required Education: Bachelorβs degree.
Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience.
Required Language: Must be able to speak English and Spanish Fluently
Required Work Experience: 2 years community outreach experience
Required Skills and Abilities: Self-motivation and proactive to take the initiative. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Understanding South Carolina community resources and programs and ability to forge relationships with these organizations. Cultural and linguistic understanding of the Medicaid population.
Required Software and Tools: Microsoft Office.

Preferred Work Experience: Medicaid Managed Care experience, Working with community, Health Worker, or any type of Community Involvement.
