Job summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PT or FT Biscuit Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking biscuits according to established recipes and guidelines. As a PT Biscuit Maker, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix biscuit dough according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Roll out dough and cut biscuits into various shapes and sizes.
- Bake biscuits in ovens and monitor the cooking process to ensure proper texture and color.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to food safety regulations and proper cleaning procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a baking or culinary role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent temperature changes.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
