Sun City has an excitingopportunity for a CDL Class A Driver to join a dynamic team of drivers as a BoxTruck Driver for the Warehouse/Distribution Center in Piedmont, SC. We arelooking for skilled motivated drivers who are reliable, hard-working, and canthrive in a fast-paced work environment.  

JobSummary: 

Class A CDL Drivers needed todeliver grocery products to wholesale and retail customers.

$1K sign-onbonus (details provided during interview)

 Minimum Requirements:

• US Work Authorization (Required)
• 23+ years of age (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Minimum 3 years tractor trailer driving experience
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) class A with clean record
• Clean MVR
• Ability to meet all state and Federal DOT regulations 
• Must be able to follow all company guidelines
• Must pass all drug/alcohol screenings
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck, Thermo King Unit, sliding fifth wheel and sliding tandem wheels

 Physical Requirements/WorkEnvironment:

• Nearly all work is performed outdoors
• Ability to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather, etc.,)
• Perform in environments with temperatures ranging from -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
• Use repetitive motions, using upper and lower extremities, mount and dismount equipment 
• Able to load and unload pallets of product from the trailer
