Hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 5:45 pm β 8:45 pm
Occasional Sunday: 4 pm β 7 pm

The employee is required to:
Β
Β· Provide a loving, Christian, stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children
Β· Provide biblical leadership within the community.
Β· Continue lifestyle choices that are both Godly and above reproach
Β· Willingly submit to accountability standards set by Brookwood Church
Β· Report to Childcare supervisor
Β· At least 16 years of age with reliable transportation
Β
RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee is required to:
Β
Β· Consistently and regularly attend work as scheduled
Β· Maintain policies and procedures stated in the employee handbook
Β· Always supervise the safety and well-being of the children
Β· Maintain a clean and comfortable environment reflective of the needs
of the children.
o Sweep floors
o Wipe countertops and tables with disinfectant solution
o Spray all toys and mats with disinfectant solution
o Put trash outside the door at the end of the day
Β· Acknowledge each child/parent as they come into the classroom and are picked up.
Β· Love each child in their βfullnessβ as a child of God. Redirecting the child teaches obedience to authority. Please inform the Supervisor of any issues needing further attention.
Β· Implement the Bible Story for each week including a craft (provided by supervisor).
Β· May assist with weekly homework that the children may bring with them.
Β· Follow the appropriate dress code.
Β· Accidents should be assessed by the supervisor on duty. The classroom teacher should complete an accident report, which should be signed by the supervisor, teacher, and parent.
