Description

Team Dodge Ram of Myrtle Beach is seeking an experienced and driven
Commercial Fleet Manager to lead our growing fleet and business sales
department. This leadership role requires a proactive, high-energy individual with
a strong background in commercial automotive sales, a passion for customer
service, and the skills to develop and manage lasting relationships with business
clients.

As the Commercial Fleet Manager, you will work directly with executive leadership
and play a key role in driving sales growth, optimizing fleet inventory, and
enhancing client satisfaction. We provide the resources, support, and tools
necessary for successβ€”including a loyal client base and ongoing marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial and fleet sales operations, including client acquisition, quotes, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with business clients, government agencies, and fleet accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify commercial opportunities and coach team members on commercial product knowledge and selling strategies.
  • Oversee inventory management for commercial vehicles, ensuring stock aligns with demand.
  • Track key performance metrics including daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
  • Ensure CRM usage and accurate documentation of customer interactions and fleet deals.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain strong satisfaction scores.
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Assist with merchandising, marketing efforts, and inventory allocation to drive commercial sales growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive commercial or fleet sales is required.
  • Proven track record in business-to-business sales, gross profit performance, and client retention.
  • Experience working with CRMs, dealership DMS platforms, and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Prior experience with government or municipal bids is a plus.
