Summary:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Project Manager will work on an array of issues related to land use and natural resources and regularly monitor agendas, media, public notices, and permits to stay abreast of projects. The Project Manager will also attend public meetings and hearings to gather information and as needed and publicly represent the organization.Β This position will be responsible for extensive grassroots organizing, relationship and coalition building, communication with community leaders and partners, engaging with the media, and policy analysis and interpretation.Β This role also requires flexibility to meet the external demands of the job and requires regularly attending evening public meetings.
