Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating client records, as well as assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update client records accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
