Position Purpose:
Digital Data Analyst serves as a strategic partner in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational and financial decisions. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our analytics platform by overseeing our web analytics, Adobe Analytics, while leveraging tools such as DB2, Power BI, and Tableau. The position ensures data accuracy, develops and maintains complex reporting solutions, and collaborates with business leaders to guide strategy through data-driven recommendations.

This is a full-time hybrid (40-hour/week) Monday - Friday position. This role is located at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.

What Youβll Do:
β’ Generates internal and external reports to support management in determining productivity and efficiencies of programs or operational processes. Revises existing reports and develops new reports based on changing methodologies.
β’ Analyzes reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Tracks and verifies all reporting statistics.
β’ Communicates and trains employees and managers on the complex database programs used to generate analytical data.
β’ Designs, codes, and maintains complex database programs for the extraction and analysis of data to support financial and operational decisions.
To Qualify For This Position, Youβll Need The Following:
Required Education
β’ Bachelor's degree in a job-related field OR,
β’ An additional 4 years of job-related work experience OR,
β’ Associate's degree and an additional 2 years of job-related work experience.
Required Work Experience:
β’ 4 Years Research and analysis experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
β’Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.
β’ Advanced experience using complex mathematical calculations and understand mathematical and statistical concepts.
β’ Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
β’ Ability to train subordinate staff including provide assistance/guidance to staff in design/execution of reporting needs.
β’ Proven experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis, data and business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development.
β’ Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.

β’ Power BI experience
β’ Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system
Required Software and Other Tools:
β’Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
β’Knowledge of programming languages across various software platforms, using DB2, SQL, and/or relational databases.
β’Knowledge of tools such as Visual Basic and Macros useful in automating reporting processes.
Work environment: Typical office environment. Some travel between buildings and out of town.
