Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Location: CRCF/Ladies #7-3rd shift
Job Type:Β Full-time/40 hrs.
Salary:Β $15.46 per hour worked, plus $1.00 more per hour for location differential, plus .50Β’ more per hour for hours worked from 12 midnight to 8 am.

Position Summary
Β As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. Youβll help foster independence, build life skills, and create a safe, supportive environment where each person can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in home and community settings
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, families and supervisors

- Demonstrate an ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English.
- Minimal proficiency in mathematics
- Be compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Functions as a team player, who always has the best interest of the individuals as a priority
Minimum Requirements
Β A high school diploma, GED, or 1 yearsβ previous experience working with intellectually disabled adults in a Residential setting. A valid driverβs license with a good driving record. Ability to pass background and reference checks.
