What the Direct Support Professional (DSP) will be required to do:

• 
  
• Supervise individuals     during daily activities to ensure safety of individuals, staff, and     property
•  
• Document daily notes such     as behaviors, activities and incidents
•  
• Plan and participate in     activities to promote therapeutic relationships
•  
• Provide therapeutic     assistance in de-escalation
•  
• Act quickly and     responsibly in case of emergency

Working Conditions:

Working environment is in Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF).
