Director of Residential Services - Full-Time RN

Florence Presbyterian Community has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Residential Services. This influential leader plays a pivotal role in providing clinical excellence, leadership, organization, and the highest quality of service to the residents and family members in our Assisted Living department, while contributing to the continuum of services across the campus.

This leader will be responsible for:

• Lead Residential Services operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care aligned with PCSC’s mission and values.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with South Carolina Community Residential Care Facility (CRCF) standards, including survey readiness and policy oversight.
• Oversee resident care planning, including assessments, service plans, and delivery of nursing and custodial services.
• Direct and develop staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a positive, mission-driven culture.
• Manage quality assurance and improvement efforts, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Develop and manage staffing plans and departmental budget to meet resident needs and operational goals.
• Provide clinical oversight for Memory Support services, including reviewing physician orders and supporting the Memory Support Director.
• Collaborate with admissions/marketing to ensure appropriate resident placement and successful transitions of care.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide leadership support across the community as needed.

Minimum Qualification:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in long-term care and/or residential care services preferred
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license
