Hilton Grand VacationsAs a Shuttle Driver you will provide courtesy transportation services to guests and owners around the resort(s), while providing excellent customer service and information about the local area and attractions, as well as general information and history of the resort.

Responsibilities
As the Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and interacting with guests
- Manage the safety of guests while boarding, riding and unloading from the shuttles.
- Transport guests around property (and other destinations as directed by management) in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner
- Complete routine safety checks on shuttle.
- Keep shuttles clean on the inside and outside at all times, while maintaining supplies
- Provide outstanding guest satisfaction and courteous collaboration with fellow associates and departments.
- Ability to work independently and a team setting, interact with people, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
- Performs other duties assigned by leadership
Qualifications
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of Customer service experience
- 1 year of Bus, Shuttle Van or Commercial driving/operation
- Current Driver's License to operate a motor vehicle and Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDL - Commercial Driver's License
- Familiarity with local towns and attractions in Charleston, SC
