Charleston Electric is a locally owned and rapidly expanding electrical service company known for reliable work, professional service, and treating every customer like a neighbor. We specialize in residential service and repair β including panel upgrades, lighting, whole-home troubleshooting, EV chargers, surge protection, and emergency calls.
Weβre growing fast and looking for a Licensed Electrical Service Manager to oversee our residential service division, lead our technicians, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
β’ Lead and manage a team of residential service electricians and apprentices
β’ Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and quality control
β’ Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for the field team
β’ Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and safety best practices
β’ Manage inventory, materials, equipment, and service vehicle maintenance
β’ Coordinate with office staff on dispatching, job sequencing, estimates, and customer communication
β’ Assist with customer conversations, quotes, and resolving service concerns
β’ Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to support their growth and success
β’ Active South Carolina Electrical License (Required)
β’ 5+ years of residential electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
β’ Strong understanding of residential wiring, diagnostics, code requirements, and service repair best practices
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
β’ Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple technicians and jobs at once
β’ Valid driverβs license with a clean driving record
