Your Role

As our Commercial Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Clark's Termite & Pest Control, building lasting relationships with commercial clients and driving our business forward. You will:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
• Cultivate partnerships with commercial and residential builders
• Generate leads through networking and cold calling
• Leverage our state-of-the-art CRM to manage your sales pipeline effectively
• Become an expert in our innovative pest control solutions
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate them into your sales approach

The Ideal Candidate

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business experience (B2B)
• Must have a valid driver's license with a solid 5-year driving history

Knowledge/Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (presentation skills)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn or experience using Salesforce CRM
• General knowledge of pest control services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas
