Fine Dining Restaurant Manager, Full Time

What You’ll Do:

As a Restaurant Manager in our Independent Living dining areas, you’ll be a key leader in our front-of-house team, ensuring excellence in two of our elegant dining venues. This will entail:

• Deliver fine dining service to residents, guests, and staff
• Manage reservations and seating plans for Winningham Court
• Support café operations and special events
• Collaborate with our sommelier on wine offerings
• Train and guide team members to success
• Oversee POS systems, inventory, and billing
• Uphold safety, service, and hospitality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in fine dining or catering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work weekends/holidays
