Location: Primary facility at 2066 Wambaw Creek, Charleston, SC 29492, with work required at other South Carolina locations as needed.

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour (Benefits available for full-time employees)

Heirloom Cloud Corporation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business dedicated to preserving priceless memories by converting outdated media into digital formats. We are seeking a Fulfillment Manager to support our growing nationwide demand for media digitization services.

Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Manager will work with and oversee a team of Specialists responsible for processing customer orders, sorting shipments, and converting various media formats into digital files. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The Fulfillment Manager will initially train alongside the team and gradually transition into a leadership role, directing daily operations. This position requires occasional work at multiple job sites, including additional South Carolina locations as needed to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply best practices in media conversion.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Receive, sort, and document inbound orders.
• Operate and maintain legacy and modern electronic equipment for optimal digitization quality.
• Capture and manage digital files within a local area network (LAN).
• Coordinate fulfillment and order processing with the Customer Success Team.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing, packing, and shipping of outbound orders.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to optimize workflows and efficiency.
• Travel to other job sites as needed to support operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a service-oriented role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Goal-driven with the ability to adhere to scheduled workflows.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems (preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness and ability to travel to other South Carolina job sites as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA in business or related field is a plus.
