The Role:Β Β 
Our Guest Experience Managers are key to our success. In partnering with our General Manager, you will support daily restaurant operations. They motivate and lead team members, uphold standards in the kitchen and dining room, and ensure a safe, positive environment for guests and the team.Β 
Β

What You’ll Do:Β 

  • LeadΒ and develop Team Members and Special Ops TrainersΒ 
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experienceΒ 
  • Develop CulinaryΒ LeadsΒ and uphold food safety & quality standardsΒ 
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budgetΒ 
  • Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assignedΒ 
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growthΒ 
  • May stand for long periods of time andΒ lift upΒ to 50 poundsΒ 
  • Assist with any additional duties assignedΒ 

Physical Requirements:Β 

  • Must be able to bend and reach overhead oftenΒ 
  • Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipmentΒ 
  • Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to coldΒ 
  • Must be comfortable working near open flamesΒ 
  • May be required to work in tight spacesΒ 
  • Must maintain near constant communication with multiple peopleΒ 
  • Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is requiredΒ 
  • Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionallyΒ 
  • Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerΒ 
  • May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditionsΒ
