We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team on 3rd shift.
Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for all shift operations including organizing, planning, and scheduling work along with directing and instructing and training employees on proper methods and procedures.
Supervise and manage floor and production staff during shift.
Must have strong plastic injection molding and technical skills including previous process technician and molding hanging experience.
The supervisor will be accountable for controlling costs, rejects, and scrap.
Enters production data into MRP System at end of shift.
