Inventory Specialist Team Member Responsibilities:

●      Checks truck receipt against inventory that was delivered to the store.

●      Ensures all inventory that was ordered was delivered by the supplier.

●      Put all items from the truck up in its respective place in the store.

●      Organizes all inventory in the store including but not limited to: combining any like product when necessary, cutting down boxes to save space and make product easily accessible, etc.

●      Submits any documentation, electronically or physical, needed to get credit for product not received. 

●      Borrow product if needed from other stores.

●      Perform any daily, weekly or monthly cleaning that is needed.

●      Conducts end of month inventory count.

●      Rotates product according to first in, first out. 

●      Supports the vision of the operator and communicates with the leadership team inventory that did not arrive on the truck or is missing.

●      Demonstrates the knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.

●      Demonstrates the ability to welcome guests through sharing eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, smiling, and staying connected until the end of the guest experience.

• Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issues
• Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs daily
• Capable of standing for extended periods
