Job Functions

• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food production and presentation
• Maintain top-tier food safety and compliance standards
• Drive efficiency, organization, and profitability
• Execute catering and special orders with excellence
• Collaborate on menu development and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• 5+ years kitchen management experience
• Must be available early mornings and weekends
• Experience managing a budget required
• ServSafe Manager certification
• Belief in and passion for the Rosewood Market’s core values
• Must conduct oneself in an honest, professional and respectful manner at all times
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented
• Passionate about food, team development, and customer experience

• Pay starts at $25/hour, based on experience
