Restaurant Team Member - Kitchen Prep Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete opening and closing checklist
- Refer to the daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties.
- Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and other food items for cooking in grills,fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specification.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls grills, dishes and refrigeration equipment.
- Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to manager.
- Inform manager immediately of product shortages.
- Uses our standard recipe for preparing all products.
- Performs other related duties assigned by the manager.
