Lead Server Key Responsibilities:

• Setup dining room, stations, and assist with special functions as directed.
• Take food orders from residents in the dining room
• Assist in training new employees on POS system.
• Assist in all Community activities that require services from the Dining Team
• Assist with training and orientation of dining room servers in customer service standards, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation based on Corporate and Regulatory Standards. 
• Provide high-quality service. 

Lead Server Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• One year of supervisory serving experience
• ServSafe certified 
• Interpersonal and multitasking skills
