The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) provides administrative and coordination support to assigned lenders to ensure timely, complete, and compliant loan file intake and progression through underwriting and closing. The LOA is responsible for borrower communication, document collection, disclosures, and condition tracking, but does not perform credit analysis, draft loan documents, or book loans.
