Responsible for the overall maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs and robotics
Quickly respond to urgent equipment issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and repair solutions, safely supporting production efficiency and uptime
Conduct regular preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs utilizing the CMMS
Participate in shift handover meetings and communicate machine priorities with supervisors.
Participate in daily reviews of maintenance communication board, prioritizing action items, machine schedule changes, etc
Support continuous improvement projects as assigned by Maintenance Manager
Support tooling department as needed
What we're looking for...
3+ years experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments (preferably high-speed packaging and/or plastic injection molding)
Advanced proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with PLC-controlled machinery and advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
Competency with blueprint reading, machine shop equipment, welding & metal fabrication
High school diploma or technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance, or related field
Experience with Windows-based programs and CMMS softwareΒ
