What you'll do...

  • Responsible for the overall maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs and robotics
  • Quickly respond to urgent equipment issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and repair solutions, safely supporting production efficiency and uptime
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs utilizing the CMMS
  • Participate in shift handover meetings and communicate machine priorities with supervisors.
  • Participate in daily reviews of maintenance communication board, prioritizing action items, machine schedule changes, etc
  • Support continuous improvement projects as assigned by Maintenance Manager
  • Support tooling department as needed

What we're looking for...

  • 3+ years experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments (preferably high-speed packaging and/or plastic injection molding)
  • Advanced proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with PLC-controlled machinery and advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Competency with blueprint reading, machine shop equipment, welding & metal fabrication
  • High school diploma or technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance, or related field
  • Experience with Windows-based programs and CMMS softwareΒ 
  • Ability to work 12-hour shiftΒ
