What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience at Lake Keowee Marina. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Coordinating business with customers and heads of departments internally..
• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Supporting the team with additional duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who is reliable, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Preference would be someone with marine experience who is computer literate
• The ability to legally work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to legally operate a vehicle and vessel in South Carolina.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift 50 +/- lbs as part of daily tasks.
