Mass Tort Attorney

Ashcraft & Gerel, a growing multi-state personal injury law firm with a 70-year legacy, is looking for an experienced Mass Tort Attorney to join our highly reputable Camp Lejeune team in our Charleston, SC office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Mass Tort Litigation: Oversee Camp Lejeune water contamination cases and provide expert representation.
• Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct research, manage case preparation, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor junior attorneys, maintain client communication, and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and resources.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on Camp Lejeune and mass tort law developments.

Qualifications:

• Mass Tort Experience: 3-10+ years of experience in mass tort litigation at a reputable firm, showcasing a strong track record in the field.
• Legal License: Hold a valid license to practice law in good standing; South Carolina bar membership is not mandatory.
• Location: Able to work from our Charleston office. We also welcome out-of-state candidates willing to relocate, and relocation assistance may be provided.
