Are you a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping others? The Sumter Family YMCA is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Membership Department and help create a welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Available Shifts:

Morning Representative

• Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Mid-Day Representative

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening Representative

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service
• Answer questions regarding YMCA programs, services, and memberships
• Assist with membership registrations and program enrollments
• Handle phone calls and general inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Support YMCA events and member engagement initiatives
• Promote the YMCA mission, values, and community impact

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
