Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness & sanitation standards
  • Adhere to all food safety standards
  • Adhere to all kitchen & food preparation protocols
  • Wear the appropriate work clothes
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Arrive to work on time
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Understand all tenets of Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Service
  • Become proficient in the area of work (Front of House or Back of House)
  • Seek to surpass customer expectations, specifically in politeness and attentiveness
  • Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation expectations
  • Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level
  • Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift
