Position Overview:

  • As the Operations District Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, staffing, and client satisfaction at multiple warehouse locations. You’ll manage site supervisors, ensure compliance with service-level agreements, and drive continuous improvement across your district. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong operational insight, relationship-building skills, and a proactive, boots-on-the-ground approach.
  • Home Base: Charleston, SC
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Benefits



Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and support the onsite team (Weekly Travel is required*)
  • Manage and mentor on-site supervisors and team leads with daily operations (recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, workflow)
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership and clients
  • Review + Analyze Profit and Loss Statements & Review Payroll
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, productivity goals, and customer requirements



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in warehousing/operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to travel to support client accounts*
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
