As the Operations District Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, staffing, and client satisfaction at multiple warehouse locations. You’ll manage site supervisors, ensure compliance with service-level agreements, and drive continuous improvement across your district. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong operational insight, relationship-building skills, and a proactive, boots-on-the-ground approach.
Home Base: Charleston, SC
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and support the onsite team (Weekly Travel is required*)
Manage and mentor on-site supervisors and team leads with daily operations (recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, workflow)
Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership and clients
Review + Analyze Profit and Loss Statements & Review Payroll
Ensure compliance with safety standards, productivity goals, and customer requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in warehousing/operations
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to travel to support client accounts*
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable using scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
