Job Description
The On-Campus Admissions Support (Part-Time) role at Charleston Collegiate School provides essential administrative and on-campus support to ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming admissions experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining admissions materials, supporting events, and serving as a positive, professional representative of CCS to prospective families. This role plays an important part in shaping applicant and family visit experiences, working closely with faculty to coordinate shadow days, gather feedback, and ensure that each prospective student has an authentic and meaningful connection to the CCS community.Β
We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional individual who can build meaningful relationships, communicate the CCS mission effectively, and support the operational needs of the admissions office for an overall polished, hospitable admissions experience on campus.
Estimated Schedule: 20 hours/week (workdays coordinated with admissions needs, including tours and events)
Estimated Timeline: July/August 2026 β June/July 2027 (with possible training days in May/June/July 2026)
