X-Ray Technologist - 13 Week Contract

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12 hour schedule from 07:00 to 19:30, Saturday through Monday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care settings and advanced imaging procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures as per the established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the imaging process.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
• Assist with fluoroscopic studies such as barium swallow/esophagram.
• Adapt to various equipment-specific training as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist; 1 year accepted with experience in a Level 1 trauma and children's hospital.
• Active ARRT (R) certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
