Operational ExcellenceΒ
- Assist in the front-of-house day-to-day operations.
- Regular check-ins with leadership to discuss progress and challenges.Β
- Developing skills for students to utilize in the professional world (communication, leadership, business).Β
Internship ResponsibilitiesΒ
- Participate in restaurant operations a minimum of 18- 20 hours weekly.Β
- Responsibilities include providing attentive and courteous service to guests, preparing orders, and maintaining health & sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications:Β
- Actively enrolled in college studying business, hospitality, or related fields.
- Ability to provide a semester-long commitment to the internship.Β
- Availability to work various days, evenings, and weekends.Β
- Possess the following traits; punctuality, honor, dignity, respect to all, professionalism, coachability, integrity, humility, eagerness to learn, and take initiative.
- Great personalityβ can start conversation/make small talk with people easily and communicate regarding our restaurant.
- Reliable transportation.
