GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

To effectively maintain a strong work ethic to manage a high volume, retail variety store.

To encourage and promote a mutual associate/customer/donor relationship which enhances the profitability of Goodwill Industries.

To establish positive relationships with clients and associates to successfully implement Goodwillβs mission services.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Β
Education:Β High School Diploma or equivalent.
Β
Work Experience:Β Five years retail experience required. Must have exemplary management skills that include planning, organizing, scheduling, directing, merchandising, training, recruiting and customer service. Must have a valid South Carolina Driverβs License.
Β
Physical Requirements:Β Daily requirements may include climbing, balancing, reaching, talking, hearing, seeing, standing, stooping, kneeling, handling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.Β May be exposed to dust and odors.Β May be required to do limited work outdoors.

Safety & Security:Β Responsible for following all safety, security, and money handling procedures, as directed by Goodwill policy.Β
Β
Work Hours:Β As assigned by store location. Must be flexible to changing schedule or able to work to cover shifts.

Work Attire:Β Each associate should present a fashionable, neat, and clean appearance that will be reflective of Goodwillβs positive image in the community.
