Position Overview: As a Retail Stylist at Uncommon James, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our customers. You will provide personalized styling advice, assist with product selections, and ensure that our store environment is welcoming and organized. Your passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills will help drive sales and build lasting relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and offering styling advice tailored to individual needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uncommon James products, including new arrivals and bestsellers, to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
• Styling: Offer personalized styling sessions, helping customers put together looks that enhance their personal style and meet their specific needs.
• Sales: Achieve and exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers, upselling, and cross-selling products.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed according to brand standards.
• Inventory Management: Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Uncommon James brand values and aesthetics, maintaining a professional and fashionable appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or jewelry
• Fashion Savvy: Strong understanding of current fashion trends and a keen eye for style.
