The Scheduling Navigator plays a key role in supporting student registration and enrollment processes at a two-year institution. This position provides in-person and virtual assistance to students navigating course registration, supports new student orientation activities, manages follow-up communications for students who have been advised but not yet registered, and helps maintain efficient front desk operations in the Advising Center. The Scheduling Navigator ensures a welcoming, student-centered environment and collaborates with staff and faculty to promote student success.
This position is located across varies Midlands Technical College campuses.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelorβs degree plus 1 year of experience in student services programs.Β

Β The preferred candidate will have direct experience in a community/technical college setting, including experience managing a caseload, leading student interventions, and leveraging technologies to document advisement. and student support.Β
