As a Senior Customer Quality Engineer at our West Union facility, you will lead and mentor cross-functional teams to apply quality methodologies in the investigation of field failures or out-of-box defects reported by customers. You will ensure that internal documentation aligns with customer requirements, as well as hosting regular updates for key customers and facilitate special sessions for sensitive customer topics as required. They provide customer input to the manufacturing quality team and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Additionally, they review and provide input on various quality documents, such as Test Plans, Control Plans, and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs), based on customer experiences.
