As aΒ Services Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenues and margins, ensuring organizational profitability through strategic client-specific solutions. Your journey begins with an immersive 30-60 day training period, where you'll learn how to present messages effectively, understand intricate processes, and identify key contacts.
Role Potential and Growth
Note:Β Although this position is hybrid, regular in-office presence is required.
Travel up to 25% to top customer events and strategic customer meetings.
Drive ServiceSolv revenue and profitability growth for the assigned region.
Generate services opportunities through outbound calling to assigned customer region and potential new customer targets.
Understand P&L metrics for the account and make appropriate pricing decisions with final approval from the Manager/Sr. Manager/Director.
Own the region P&L from an overall blend of business and make appropriate transactional decisions that benefit the profitability of the region.
Have a strong understanding of ServiceSolv value proposition and excellent knowledge of the assigned Sales Region to offer complete solutions for accounts.
Maintain detailed knowledge of all customers within the assigned region and build strong relationships at all levels, including executive level relationships.
Possess deep knowledge of TD SYNNEX solution offerings and present complementing services to customers within the assigned region.
Collaborate with the assigned Sales team to develop and expand services and projects within established business segments or geographical regions.
Build stable relationships internally with services departments (vendor management, practice leads, purchasing, services decision-makers).
Solve issues of diverse scope and manage escalations from Inside Account Representatives/Inside Account Executives.
Lead, train, and mentor other Inside Account Representatives/Inside Account Executives in Services sales principles, best practices, and processes.
Provide general day-to-day guidance to Inside Account Representatives and Inside Account Executives on the team, as needed.
Develop strategic business plans and present them to leadership.
Lead financial strategy on non-RFP proposals.
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
Strong data entry, account planning, and pipeline management skills.
Proficiency in solution selling.
Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
