As a Shift Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards during your shifts.

Shift Leader Role Overview

As a Shift Lead, you'll be a key member of our management team, responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shifts. You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure every customer enjoys a fantastic Marco's experience.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Supervise store crew and daily operations
• Perform all crew tasks: makeline, cut table, oven monitoring, packaging, quality checks, and guest relations
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Identify and address inferior products
• Collaborate with Drivers and Manager for efficient delivery routing
• All other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day
• Need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
