What You Will Do:
- Lead
daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability
- Ensure
strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success
- Set
the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success
- Deliver
fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations
- Ensure
all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality
- Handle
opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
- Count
drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
- Communicate
clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
- Support
training and onboarding of new team members
- Foster
a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect
- Step
into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
