In this shop supervisor role, you will be responsible for managing shop supervisors, training workers to supervisors, and maintaining shop operations.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Work in a Steel Fabricator Setting Required


• Must have Management Experience Overseeing Fabrication Shop Supervisors


• Military Leadership Experience is a Plus


• Fluency in Spanish is a plus


• Must be able to work Friday-Sunday 6am - 6:30pm
