As a Senior HR Generalist here at PIP-HSP, North Charleston manufacturing site, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives. You will report directly to our HR Americaβs Regional Director, this role requires a hands-on, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.
