At Chick-fil-A, Team Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each of our guests has an enjoyable dining experience. Team Leaders are responsible for supervising shifts (5:30am to 3pm:open shift), and/or (2pm to 10pm: closing shift) and are assigned to open or close the restaurant following established opening and closing procedures.

*** This is not a seasonal position.

Some responsibilities of a team leader include:

  • Team Members are accurate with weights, measurements and procedures for all recipe items
  • Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
  • Work stations are cleanΒ 
  • Cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times
  • Monitor overall facility cleanliness and safety
  • Address guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
